Customization Policy/ Shipping Notice
All our products are original designs by our artists and are primarily handcrafted. We offer two purchasing options:
1. Ready-to-ship items: Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Pre-order items: Orders will be crafted and shipped within an estimated 2-4 weeks after purchase.
Additionally, the STOPLIGHT brand supports customization services.
Depending on the complexity of the design, the production time for custom items ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months.
